Golden Mushrooms – Lightly breaded button mushrooms fried until golden brown and served with a side of spicy ranch.

Stuffed Avocado – Halved avocado grilled and stuffed with shredded pork and topped with black bean corn salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, and cilantro.

Sweet Blue Fries – Spiced sweet potato fries topped with melted blue cheese and bacon.

Quesadillas – Your choice of chicken, steak, pork, or veggies grilled, folded into a flour tortilla and smothered with our Jack-chedar blend and salsa. (Sour cream upon request.)

Tuck’s Bean Dip – Going old school here. This recipe has been in the family for over 40 years. Refried beans, our Jack-cheddar cheese combo, jalapenos, and Mexican spices blended and baked. Topped with a dollop of sour cream, diced scallions, and served with our homemade Naan chips.

SpinArt Dip – Creamy spinach, tender artichokes, and melted cheese served with warm tortilla chips.

Jumbo Pretzel – 2 Sweet Bread pretzels, salted and served warm with molten beer cheese.

Buffalo Tots – Watch out, this is a load of Tots like no other. Drizzled with Frank’s Hot Sauce, topped with chili, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.

Hillbilly Chili – Hearty ground beef chili made with a twisted combo of seasonings and spices. Served in a bowl, topped with diced red onions and our Jack-cheddar blend. Jalapenos and hot sauce upon request.

Nacho Average Nachos – Crisp corn tortilla chips layered with our homemade hillbilly chili, diced tomatoes, green onions, sliced olives, sour cream, and topped with a combo of cheeses. Jalapenos and salsa upon request. (Add chicken or steak options available).

Sweet and Spicy Shrimp – Tender, crisp shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce.

Pretzel Dog – Two Nathan’s hot dogs wrapped in tasty pretzel. Served with beer cheese.
